Yoga for Men 2024

Join us for Saturday morning yoga for men at the CAMP Rehoboth Community Center. 

During this program, we will apply the practices of Yoga to create a safe space for positive masculinity, shared experience of common anatomy, and in the formation of union with the authentic Self. There are many paths that lead to the state of Yoga, but all are meant to develop awareness and the understanding that we are already whole. All levels are welcome, and everyone will be given the opportunity to modify or advance their practice, based upon their preferences.

Virtual Chair Yoga

Everyone can access the health benefits of yoga in this Chair Yoga class with Erin Shivone from Lankai Studio. She’ll guide you to synchronize conscious breath and mindful movement. The sequence of poses is designed to energize and strengthen as well as relax and lengthen muscles. Reduce anxiety and stress, improve circulation, protect joints, builds strength and balance and support your overall well-being. Yoga also can help reduce cravings and simply make us feel good.

PRISM is CAMP Rehoboth's young professionals group. The group is for young professionals (and those young at heart) to meet other like-minded professionals, network, and support each other. Join us for our April happy hour at the Top of the Pines on Friday, April 5, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Please note that this venue is on the second floor with no elevator acccess.
