The Way I See It
Commentary by Steve Elkins, Editor.
I’m lucky to have been part of the Rehoboth Beach community for over twenty years. During that time, the summer season has grown busier and busier. Now there are so many events, activities, and parties, it’s impossible for any of us to keep up-with the possible exception of Tony Burns. Tony has been chronicling the social history of Rehoboth with his photographs for as long as I can remember.
