Diane Roadcap says she can talk to animals. “So what?” I thought. I
talk to my dogs all the time. I talk to the finches outside my door, the
snake under the rowboat, the skunk in my crawlspace. Heck, I talk to my
car on cold mornings, and I’ve even had a few stern words for the
coffee table that banged me in the shin last week. But when Diane talks
to animals, she can hear their answers. Aha! Now that’s something!
You may have seen a new television
program called The Animal Psychic, where Sonya Fitzpatrick tells an
audience member that his dog misses his blue blanket and could he please
have it back, and that a woman’s cat really doesn’t like this new
boyfriend at all and will he be staying long? Now you too can have the
answers to what your pet is thinking, right here in Delaware.
Diane, an Animal Communicator, and her
partner Nancy Carr recently bought a home in Lewes, and are spending “as
many weekends as we can” at the beach. My three dogs had a chance to
meet with Diane. They tell me she’s for real.
Diane was first aware of her ability at
the age of five, when she noticed that her dog Blackie would answer her
friendly greetings. When Blackie returned home after being away for a
few days, she asked, “So where have you been?” She got a whole
series of images of all sorts of doggie adventures. She later studied
under Diane Forestell May, well known in the psychic field, who has been
teaching for fifteen or twenty years and who became her mentor.
Back in Springfield, Virginia, Diane
spends her Monday-through-Fridays doing readings in clients’ homes.
Most readings are about fifteen minutes. She says animals “love to
talk,” but that is plenty of time to answer everyone’s questions.
The top five?
Do my pets know I love them? Do they like
their food? How do they feel about my new lover? Would they like another
pet in the house? Are they in pain?
In between readings, Diane also teaches
classes at the Arlington Metaphysical Chapel. She says, “Everyone has
the innate ability to communicate with animals. It just needs to be
developed.” Her goal is that you and your pets may have a greater
awareness and enjoyment of each other, and she will hold a workshop here
so you can learn these skills yourself.
She will be teaching a half-day workshop
at the Lifeforce Massage and Wellness Center, 405 Rehoboth Avenue,
Rehoboth Beach, scheduled for Saturday August 3rd, for $135. Class size
is limited, so call early.
What can you learn in a few hours? You
can discover the tools to communicate with your animals. You will have a
chance to practice with Michael, a miniature greyhound belonging to
Janice Mann, Director of Lifeforce, and her partner Brenda.
Diane will also be available for readings
locally during the Greyhounds Reach the Beach weekend on October 12 and
13, and during the SeaWitch Festival on October 25 and 26.
Would you like to know what your pet
feels? What she likes? What he dislikes? Do you need help with your pet’s
behavioral or emotional problems? What do they think of your moving?
To reserve your space in the August
workshop or to request a reading in October, please call the center at
302-227-6818 to sign up.
