Atlantic Sands Opens Boardwalk Tiki Bar
Atlantic Sands Hotel has replaced its sunken hot tub that fronted the boardwalk with a more board-walker friendly Tiki Bar. Light fare and drinks will be served daily in season from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. This outdoor space can also be reserved for private parties for up to 200 people, so if your beach house isn’t big enough for a party or you’d just like your guests to have an ocean view and a breeze during your celebration/ reception, here’s a great alternative.

Rehoboth Lifeguards Win Competition
Rehoboth ocean swimmers should feel safe being watched over by the Rehoboth Beach Patrol, who have once again shown they are the best lifeguards in the region. The winner of the Beach Flagging contest was cutie patootie, bachelor auctionee Dan Matta.

Pines Home in Chesapeake Home Magazine
The completely renovated Pines home of Rehoboth Vespa dealer Larry Myslewski and interior designer Lee DeFord is featured in the August issue of Chesapeake Home Magazine. Pine flooring, wood cabinetry, limestone countertops, painted effects, and their fine art and antiques are some of the special features highlighted.
