- A
few days ago, Kathy Weir came into the office with a New Yorker
magazine cartoon that showed, on one side, a cowboy with the
caption, “Wild Bill Hickok.” Next to him was another drawing
of the same man kicking up his heels in saloon girl drag. Over
this one, the caption read, “Really Wild Bill Hickok.” The
cartoon stuck in my mind because a few days earlier the first CAMP
Rehoboth Follies took place at the Rehoboth Convention Center, and
I couldn’t help but think, “really wild” night, about the
whole experience.
