Commentary by Steve Elkins, Editor. With low humidity, clear skies, and temperatures in the
80s, Saturday, August 18 was a perfect late summer day—and a
perfect day for the Groundbreaking Ceremony for Phase Two of the
CAMP Rehoboth Community Center. Participants who took a turn with

Gallery) in the Groundbreaking include: Representative Pete
