The Way I See It
Commentary by Steve Elkins, Editor.
I love September-the excitement of the summer is still with us, the shops, restaurants, and clubs are all still open, and most of the time the weather remains gorgeous. It is a time when those of us who live and work year-round at the beach have a moment to catch our breath and ease back to a more normal pace.
