3/28/97 - Rehoboth Beach Festival

Yes, it is that time of year again! Spring has sprung and the flowers are in bloom at the Rehoboth Convention Center. Time for the third annual Rehoboth Garden & Flower Festival, Art In The Park and Bed & Breakfast tour. Sponsored by Rehoboth Beach Main Street and The Association of Delaware Shore Inns.

The Garden & Flower Festival will be held both Saturday & Sunday, Art In The Park will be held Saturday, April 9 only (rain date April 20) in Grave Park and the Bed & Breakfast tour will be Sunday, April 20 only. Just to mention a few, vendors for the 1 997 Garden & Flower Festival include: The Manor at Cools Spring Lavender Farm, Hollyberry Orchids, Silk and Dried Flowers, All 4 You, R&S Creations, and Island Designs. Art In The Park will be represented by artists from the Rehoboth Art League and Cape Artists.

The Association of Delaware Shore Inns and Bed & Breakfasts will be holding their Fourth Annual Bed & Breakfast Inn Tour on Sunday, April 20. Seven B&Bs will be open to the public from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Several of the participating inns will be giving a Free Two-Night Getaway for Two. To qualify to win you must visit all seven of the inns.

Admission to the Garden & Flower Festival is $3.00. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. There is no admission fee for the Art In The Park or the Bed & Breakfast Inn Tour.
