John W. Messick, III
Age 62, of Dover, Delaware, died suddenly on Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at his home. John was born in Wilmington, Delaware. He was the son of the late John W. Jr. and Helena E.H. (nee Hill) Messick. John was a graduate of the Oxford High School class of 1964, he earned his Bachelors Degree from Elizabethtown College, Elizabethtown, PA, and his Masters of Education and MBA from the University of Delaware, Newark, DE. John is survived by one brother, Wayne H. Messick, husband of Beth Ann, of Oxford, PA; a niece, Courtney Messick Jayne, wife of Timothy, Jr. of Kirkwood, PA; and one nephew, William H. Messick of Oxford, PA. In lieu of flowers donations in John's memory may be made to the Oxford United Methodist Church, or CAMP Rehoboth. Steven R. Noonan On September 3, 2008 Steven R. Noonan, age 39, of Ocean View, DE, formerly of Baltimore. Beloved son of Robert E. Noonan, III and the late Velma Miller Noonan, step-son of Traci Noonan. Grandson of Robert Thompson, brother of Robert E. Noonan, IV (Dana), step-brother Michael McCoy, nephew of Evelyn Douglass and uncle of Marley Mae Noonan. Graveside Services were held on Monday, September 8 at Loudon Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family suggest contributions to the CAMP Rehoboth Community Center, 37 Baltimore Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.
