Time to Get Your Tickets for CAMP Rehoboth Chorus February Concerts!
CAMP Rehoboth Chorus presents Sassy, Brassy, and Glassy: Songs with Attitude February 12 and 13 at 7 p.m., and February 14 at 3 p.m. at Epworth United Methodist Church in Rehoboth Beach. Then they will follow up with an encore performance at Delaware Technical Community College in Georgetown on March 20 at 3 p.m.
The Chorus has been rehearsing madly for its 2016 concert. This is the final reminder in Letters, so please save the date, and remember to invite friends and guests. The annual concerts are very popular, as they are always a lively, campy experience with marvelous music under the leadership of music director Doug Yetter, and accompanist David Zipse and band.
The chorus of eighty-five singers strong is thrilled to be welcoming back the talented Donna de Kuyper as the host who Steve Elkins called, “a force to be reckoned with!” She will serve as the spirit of Sassy, Brassy and Classy and lead us through the journey of each Divine Diva, as well as perform in numbers representative of each of the three categories. A small ensemble, soloists, and trios add to the fun! All shows will include an interpreter for the hearing impaired.
Tickets, still only $20, for our February shows are now on sale online at camprehoboth.com, or by calling CAMP Rehoboth at 302-227-5620. Tickets for the March show will be available closer to the show date. Note: Tickets go fast, and some shows sell out; don’t be disappointed! Remaining tickets, if any, will be sold at the door.
CAMP Rehoboth Chorus received a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency dedicated to nurturing and supporting the arts in Delaware in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts. Donors and advertisers continue to offer support.
