The Biggest Dance Party of Summer
The second night of the big Sundance event Labor Day weekend (Sept. 3) at the Rehoboth Mall is the biggest dance night of the Rehoboth summer season. Bachelor Auction Raises $25K
The 2017 CAMP Rehoboth Bachelor Auction at Aqua got off to a great start when lunch with Rehoboth’s Mayor-elect Paul Kuhns brought in $2,100. From then on auctioneer Lorne Crawford kept the pace going and the prices high, raising $25K in the process. City Election Brings Change to Rehoboth
When the votes were counted on August 12, Rehoboth Beach had a new mayor for the first time in 27 years. Election winners: Commisssioner-elect Lisa Schlosser, Mayor-elect Paul Kuhns, and Commissioner Kathy McGuiness.
Flu Shots, Bus Trip, Bears, & Block Party
The summer season may be ending, but there’s plenty to do in Rehoboth Beach after Labor Day—and CAMP Rehoboth is busy all year long. September 22, CAMP has a bus heading to NYC for the day, and that same weekend, in celebration of Bear Weekend, CAMP Rehoboth hosts the Bear Art Show, comic Matteo Lane, and more. Plus: free flu shots at CAMP on October 5, and the CAMP Rehoboth Block Party 3 on Sunday, October 15.
Letters from CAMP Hits the Road Again
Letters from CAMP Rehoboth never slows down, and this summer even made it all the way north to the Arctic Circle in Finland with Terry Wilkerson and Forrest Park! To warm it up again, Dave Brant and Greg Estes carried it down south to the National Cathedral in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Finally, it was off for a perfect end of summer, August visit to Fire Island Pines with Richard Coss and Mike Hull.
