Matter of Balance 2023

Matter of Balance is a free, eight week course that can help to avoid dangerous falls so you can keep doing the things you want to do. During the classes, you will learn: 

• How to increase your mobility with exercise
• Increase strength, coordination, and balance
• Learn about home safety evaluation
• Increase your skill knowledge to keep you safe

Location: CAMP Rehoboth Community Center, 37 Baltimore Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.

Thursdays, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. September 14 through November 2. 

CAMP Rehoboth Theatre Company - Raincheck

The CAMP Rehoboth Theatre Company presents Raincheck, a show by Claudia Allen, directed by Kelly Sheridan.

Set in smalltown Michigan in 1985, Thema has moved home to live with her grandmother and great-aunt, Pansy and Flora. She leaves behind four marriages, and rekindles a friendship with her childhood buddy, Gwen, a county nurse watching over Patsy and Flora. In renewing their friendship, Thema realizes what’s been missing from her marriages all along—a woman.

Women in Circle is a gathering of LGBTQ+ Women. The circle is a welcoming, inclusive and a positive place to meet, connect, and share with other women. At each meeting a different topic opens the circle to discuss, learn and support one other. Become a part of the growing community of the Women in Circle.

The circle meets in -person on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month beginning at 10 a.m.
