Are you ready to make some health changes, but don’t know where to start? In this class we’ll discuss the elements to a healthy life, such as diet, sleep, movement, mindset and more. The concept of bio-individuality will be used as we take a look at our own lives identifying where we could make changes to better support our health needs. We’ll set individual goals, identify obstacles and create a plan that will stick.

Are you caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease or related disorder? Join us for a caregivers support group. This group encourages members to share information, and give and receive mutual support. The group is facilitated by an Alzheimer's specialist.

The men's group serves as a place for Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender men to network and share experiences that are important. Group members offer suport for one another, which helps promote a healthier environment for all gay men.
The group meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 7pm at Epworth United Methodist Church, 19285 Holland Glade Road.

This seminar will cover the purpose and eligibility criteria for all of the Social Security Administration’s benefit programs. Besides retirement benefits, Social Security also offers disability benefits to individuals aged 18 years and older and survivor benefits to children and widowed spouses. Concerns about the future solvency of these programs will be addressed, followed by an overview of the online services available through Social Security’s website.
