Block Party 2019 will once again be held on the second block of Baltimore Avenue, from 11 am- 4 pm. Crowds estimated to be well over a thousand filled the block last year, while dozens of local restaurants, caterers, businesses, non-profits, and other organizations participated.
There will be plenty of entertainment, so please come and join in the fun.
