Fall is quickly approaching….sweaters, apples and mums here we come! The transition from longer hot summer days into a cooler autumn season is a perfect time of year to slow down and re-evaluate where we are in terms of our self-care plan.
Join Erin Shivone Tuesdays at 8am for a four-week class which focuses on strengthening our physical, emotional and mental well-being.
Week one we will use guided meditation to let go of any tension or negative thought surrounding the past spring and summer months.
Week two journaling will be used to set goals and manifest what we would like to bring into our lives this fall.
Week three we will use the mindful breath as a vehicle to find peace within.
Week four we will learn different self-care tips to help support our immune systems this season. Make your health a priority and carve this time out for yourself!
