Mindful Strategies for Managing Fear and Anxiety in Uncertain Times

With so many things that are outside of our control, this 1-hour workshop is a continuation of Karen's first workshop.  She will focus on the one thing we do have control over cultivating simple practices and strategies for managing our sense of well-being in the face of uncertainty. Let’s practice together and build-up our reserves of calm and resiliency as a community.

Facilitator:

Karen Barwick, LPCMH incorporates the benefits of mindfulness by “helping people find ease with the process of being human." To that end, mindfulness principles and practices have been a cornerstone of her personal and professional life for over a decade. Karen feels deep empathy for the challenges young people face and believes the “3 R’s” are no longer sufficiently adequate to help them pave a path towards their potential.
