CAMP Rehoboth Theatre Company presents two one-act comedies set out in the CAMP Rehoboth Courtyard, set for show dates on June 23, 24, and 25 at 8 p.m., this show will make special use of the Courtyard (weather-permitting) between 37 and 39 Baltimore Avenue in what is sure to be one of CAMP’s most innovative productions yet. In the case of a weather event, performances will be held in the Elkins-Archibald Atrium.
Both one-acts are written by Pittsburgh playwright F.J Hartland. The first one-act is called "Ponce de Leon is Dead." This story follows another entwined trio. Giselle is a rich Florida widow looking for companionship. JD is a poor illegal male stripper. Vaughn, Giselles’ hard working CEO son, is trying to protect the family fortune. The comic pursuit of love is never ending.
The second one-act is called "Auto Erotic Misadventure," and follows three roommates that confront the confusion of living together: Cliff is into macrame, Brandon is a D.C. call boy, and Norma just wants to be held. Drama and hilarity ensues.
