Looking for a new exercise routine this year? Chair aerobics is a fun and rewarding class that combines aerobic movement with light resistance training. The class is one hour long beginning with a warm up in the chair, light hand weight training, standing aerobic combinations and a cool down. The class is accompanied by energetic music!  All exercises can be modified making participants comfortable and safe. This is a great workout to improve cardio fitness and to help with balance, coordination and muscle strength. The class is taught by certified personal fitness instructor, Cindy Beaver.

Come to CAMP Rehoboth on January 31 at 10:30 am and enjoy a FREE introductory chair aerobics class. If we get enough interest, we will be able to offer this weekly class starting in February. Classes will be held on Thursday and for only $10.00 a month, you get four classes.
