Looking for a new exercise routine this year? Chair aerobics is a fun and rewarding class that combines aerobic movement with light resistance training. The class is one hour long beginning with a warm up in the chair, light hand weight training, standing aerobic combinations and a cool down. The class is accompanied by energetic music! All exercises can be modified making participants comfortable and safe. This is a great workout to improve cardio fitness and to help with balance, coordination and muscle strength. The class is taught by certified personal fitness instructor, Cindy Beaver.
