In this class, we will help you discover ways to find (and keep) your motivation, review scheduling strategies to make it easier to fit into your busy day, and teach you quick fitness tricks so you can get more done in less time. Fitness Instructor, Cynthia Beaver will teach us some everyday tips and techniques so we can make some simple and easy healthy changes in our life.
