Feeling stuck and what to do about it!

A FREE Presentation at CAMP Rehoboth to get UNSTUCK

We have  all been there at least once or twice and know exactly what it is like…that powerless feeling of being stuck or trapped in some area of life. Feeling stuck can range from something minor, which is often easily resolved, to something much more challenging which tends to get in our way, slow us down, and prevent us from getting what we really want.

Whether it is a job that no longer fulfills, a relationship that has lost its vitality, a financial jam, a health issue, or something completely different, there’s usually little objective awareness about how to liberate yourself and get rid of that feeling of being stuck.

Fortunately there is a bright side! In this presentation, Tom Chapin will cover what it really means to feel stuck, how it happens, and how we move away from it. Tom will then share practical action steps he uses with his clients that will help you get back on track to start moving towards your goals!

Meet Your Health and Wellness Coach

Presenter: Tom Chaplin
After 20 years in talent acquisition, Tom Chaplin started a career-coaching practice called TrueBearings Coaching. As a recruiter, he was considered an expert at preparing candidates for interviews and negotiating higher salaries. However, as a Coach, Tom found himself completely blindsided by the number of people with job related stress that was so severe it impacted their health and held them back professionally.

Tom  reached out to health care professionals for advice. This quest led to him to studying at Health Coach Institute where he mastered Health and Wellness Coaching.

Taking charge of your health can be life changing and transform many important areas of your life!

Current presentations and workshops offered by Tom Chaplin include How to get Unstuck, Health & Wellness in the Workplace, Kicking the Sugar Habit and Eliminating Food Cravings.

This is a FREE workshop where all are welcome - but pre-registration on EventBrite is required.
