Sundance 2019 Auction Donors
Sundance 2019—Rainbow XXXII: Ultraviolet Disco Day-Glo Sunrise celebrates this community with a two-night program, kicking off with our Saturday night silent and live auction. Enticing items at the Sundance Auction are one of the keys to our success. Fill out this online form to let us know about the items you are donating. Or if you prefer, download the PDF on this page.
Many of the items auctioned at Sundance come from donors such as you: exceptional new items like artwork; furniture, jewelry, clothing and accessories; travel and accommodations; fine dining experiences; professional services, and much more. Each item will be prominently displayed in a bold, professional manner with business names highlighted. In an effort to make the Sundance 2019 Auction as exciting as possible, we will bundle some of the items. We ask that used items be limited to genuine antiques and collectibles.
For your tax records, a thank-you letter acknowledging your contribution will be sent after the event. Sundance 2019—Rainbow XXXII: Ultraviolet Disco Day-Glo Sunrise is a two night event in the Rehoboth Beach
Convention Center. The Sundance Auction is Saturday, August 31, this year one hour earlier, from 6-9 p.m. and includes a cocktail buffet, an open bar, the silent auction, the live auction featuring auctioneer Lorne Crawford, and DJ Stephen Strasser. Sunday, September 1 is the dance from 7 p.m.-2 a.m. with music by DJ Legend Robbie Leslie followed by DJ/ Remixer Joe Gauthreaux and lights by Paul Turner, and an open bar. Tickets are $90 for both or $50 per night.
The deadline for us to be able to include items in the Auction is Thursday, August 29. Your donation goes a long way toward our achieving our goals. We have enclosed an Auction form to include with your donation. We will arrange to pick up your item, or you can drop it by CAMP Rehoboth at 37 Baltimore Avenue, whichever is more convenient for you.
We thank you for your contribution, and we look forward to another great Sundance weekend.
