The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many events to be cancelled or scaled down, but we have chosen another direction—expanding Sundance into a week-long, virtual United in Love celebration. The event will include a community outreach component as a part the auction, beginning August 30 at 6 p.m. and ending on Saturday, September 5.

Enticing items at the Sundance Auction are one of the keys to our success. Fill out the online form to let us know about each item you are donating (please fill out the form for EACH item separately). If we cannot use your item this year, we reserve the right to use it at another fundraising auction in the future.

Many of the items auctioned at Sundance come from donors such as you: exceptional new items like artwork; furniture, jewelry, clothing and accessories; travel and accommodations; fine dining experiences; professional services, and much more. Each item will be prominently displayed in a bold, professional manner with business names highlighted. In an effort to make the Sundance 2020 Auction as exciting as possible, we will bundle some of the items. We ask that used items be limited to genuine antiques and collectibles. We will also establish some minimum bids.

For your tax records, a thank-you letter acknowledging your contribution will be sent after the event.

The deadline for us to be able to include items in the Auction is Friday, August 21 but the earlier the better! Your donation goes a long way toward our achieving our goals. We will arrange to pick up your item, or you can drop it by CAMP Rehoboth at 37 Baltimore Avenue, whichever is more convenient for you. Someone will get back to you to confirm your donation.

We thank you for your contribution, and we look forward to 2021 and the chance to gather together again.
