Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese system of mind-body-spirit health, based on the wisdom of the Tao and the I Ching. Tai Chi can have many health benefits including: lowering blood pressure and reducing leg, neck, and back pain. Research has shown that practicing Tai Chi promotes balance and is an effective way for older adults to reduce risk of falling. Classes are free and all ages and fitness levels are welcome!
Classes are held at the CAMP Rehoboth Community Center, 37 Baltimore Ave. at 1 pm.
