We know it's a tough time to quit smoking but you might want to give it a shot by joining us on April 20th and 27th.

Learn various holistic techniques to help you finally stop smoking. We will discuss auricular acupressure, herbal teas, breathing techniques, and the Emotional Freedom Tapping technique. While many of us are home together due to the Covid-19 pandemic, invite everyone in your house that is still smoking to join the Zoom session.
