This year marks the 16th year that CAMP Rehoboth will be part of the community toy, hat, glove, and coat collection.
CAMP Rehoboth and the Rehoboth Beach Bears present the drive along with community partners The Purple Parrot and Diego's Bar Nightclub. Since 2008, this drive has been collecting items for those in need. This year's collection will be distributed to the Sussex County Wellness Center, ACE Centers, and Orgullo Delaware, among other community organizations that servie those in need.
The collection bin will be available daily at the CAMP Rehoboth Community Center from November 14 to December 9. Items can be dropped off Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Daily drop-offs will also be available at The Purple Parrot through December 9 during business hours.
The Rehoboth Beach Bears are presenting a collection drop-off day on December 3 at The Purple Parrot (from noon to 3 p.m.) and Diego's Bar Nightclub (from 4 to 8 p.m.). Be sure to bring your camera for fun photos with Santa.
