The Honorable Lisa Blunt Rochester is a member of the United States House of Representatives, representing Delaware’s at-large congressional district. Lisa made history in 2016 when she was elected to Congress as the first woman and first person of color to represent The First State in such a role. She serves on the House Committee on Education and Workforce as well as the House Committee on Agriculture.

Crystal Griner (Invited) is a special agent with the United States Capitol Police, as well as having a history as a stand-out high school and Hood College basketball player. She is a recipient of the United States Medal of Valor for her courageous actions on June 16, 2017 where she saved the lives of Congressional representatives, gathered at a baseball field, even while sustaining a gunshot wound from a heavily armed gunman.

Marcia Gallo is a Wilmington,DE native and acclaimed author and historian. She is a history professor at University of Nevada, Las Vegas and Lehman College in New York. She is the author of Different Daughters about the lesbian organization Daughters of Bilitis, and  a new book called No One Helped examining an infamous 1964 rape and murder of lesbian Kitty Genovese.
