Its that time of year when there is never a dull moment. You need to carry a social calendar just to keep up with all the happenings. The community is getting bigger and better every season. The support from all our advertisers and volunteers has been phenomenal. With your help, CAMP Rehoboth, a nonprofit community service organization, is able to accomplish its mission of creating a more positive environment with room for all. Congratulations to the Renegade Resort, which celebrated its 20th anniversary with a spectacular party hosted by Wayne Hodge. Fantasia & Dominique Taylor looked fabulous in their stunning attire, as they served a variety of mouth watering hors doeuvres throughout the evening. Sammy Trail, Ed Mowen, and Dennis Ford mixed everyones favorite cocktails, as DJ Jeff Harrison spun tunes from 1979 - 1999. After Karaoke in the Cabaret Lounge, Gladys Kravitz joined the fun as she posed for a photo with Lynn Foraker (The Beach House Restaurant). Among the hundreds of guests who danced until dawn were John Meng, Paulo Silva (Double L), Jerry Brown (Rehoboth Guest House), Duane Lyon and Peter Gulick. Sunday there was a show which featured performances by all the past and present Miss Renegades & Miss Sweethearts. Plumb Loco was jammin Saturday during Sue Wilsons 50th birthday bash. Some of her friends that attended included Lori Kline (Loris Cafe), Karen Gebhart, Kate Farrell, and Chris Cox. Georgette was behind the bar mixing Plumbs new, and already popular, Mango Margaritas... to die for. The Beach House had a full dining room, I guess the words out about their all new and exquisite menu by Chef Gabrielle. After the dinner crowd left, the music was pumping and the dance floor was moving. Some familiar faces were, Cheryl Normandeau (Norwest Mortgage), Linda Bova (OConor Piper & Flynn), Penny McCaffrey (Lambda Rising) and Debbie Smith. Some upcoming events you dont want to miss are...
