LETTERS From CAMP Rehoboth |
Music and Art All Mixed Up |
Legends & Lore Gallery, with its unique blend of music and art, has relocated to Mariner's Square between Rehoboth and Baltimore Avenues.
According to owner Regina AaMacha, "Artists and musicians will both be showcased in the new space, and we're currently searching for persons looking for local exposure." A variety of events have already been scheduled to start the season. The Players Club Jam Session returns on Wednesday nights, while Thursday offers poet and songwriter recitals. Fridays will be artist receptions, so stop by and see what work is being highlighted, and meet the person who created it! Saturdays include a children's show as well as artist workshops and musician showcases featuring a different musician at 8, 9 and 10 p.m. There is a $5 per show/workshop fee, or $20 will buy you a weekly pass. Regina is also bringing back The Players Club Membership Cards which sell for $50. These entitle members to receive free admission to all shows and workshops as well as a 10% discount at various local retailers and restaurants. Legends & Lore Gallery is open Wednesday through Saturday from 4-11 p.m. For more information, contact Regina at 302-226-1693 or stop by and see her in the new Gallery. Mariners Square runs between Captain's Cottage on Rehoboth Avenue and Caf Sol on Baltimore Avenue. |
