Dale R. Kinsey Jr., 53, of Rehoboth Beach DE, formerly of Easton, Maryland and Roseto, Pennsylvania, died June 5, 2016 in Beebe Hospital, Lewes DE. A Celebration of Dale’s life will be held Saturday, July 16 beginning at 7 p.m. followed by a time of remembrances at 7:45 p.m. at the Sea Air Village Community Center, 19837 Sea Air Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE. Attendees are invited to share a memory of Dale with other loved ones at the celebration.
