Jennie McNulty and Lisa Koch Will Make You Laugh Oct. 20
Rehoboth Beach, get ready to laugh. And oh, do we need it!
Comic duo Jennie McNulty and Lisa Koch will be back in town on Friday, October 20, for two shows only, at 7 and 9 p.m. at the CAMP Rehoboth Community Center. As it was last season, the tickets are $25, and we hope for another sell-out.
Tickets are on sale already at camprehoboth.com or at 302-227-5620, so don’t wait.
These two hilarious comics have a brand new show in store for us and if history tells us anything, the two performances will sell out quickly indeed. Yes, the 7 p.m. show fills fast, so hurry.
If you need a refresher, Jennie McNulty has been rated one of the Top 10 Lesbian comics by Curve magazine and one of “100 Women We Love” in NYC’s GO magazine. She’s done LOGO TV specials, and was featured on the NBC show, Starting Over.
Jennie has traveled the world doing comedy—literally. In addition to headlining in comedy clubs all over the US and Canada, she has entertained the U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, Bosnia, Serbia, and many other bases worldwide. And, for some less dangerous excitement, she performs regularly at Harrah’s Casino in Las Vegas.
Jennie spends her summer seasons performing nightly in Provincetown, MA and has performed at countless corporate events and parties.
Oh, and In her spare time, Jennie plays women’s tackle football for the California Quake in the Independent Women’s Football League.
As for Lisa Koch, this singer-songwriter-comedian-actor-raconteur is fast with a joke and hilarious with her guitar. An irreverent Seattle singer/comedian, Koch (“Coke”) is a deliciously twisted mix of comedy, theater, and demented songs. She has four solo recordings, is one-half of hilarious sketch-comedy duo, Dos Fallopia (“My Breasts Are Out of Control”), and is an alumnus of cult quartet Venus Envy (“I’ll Be A Homo for Xmas”).
She has shared the stage with a diverse group of artists, including Steve Martin, Dave Brubeck, Janis Ian, The Indigo Girls, Holly Near, and Kate Clinton. But her gig with Jennie is over the top!
So get your tickets now for Friday night October 20, at 7 or 9 p.m. Support CAMP Rehoboth, support Women’s FEST, and support your immune system through laughter!
