This winters party is scheduled for February 8 from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m., at Cobalt, 17th and R Streets, NW, Washington, DC. Its actually not that far away, so mark your calendars.
Tom is also interested in plans for a somewhat more distant eventNew Years Eve 1999. The information is for an article in Genre magazine about various citys plans for New Years Eve 1999.
