Virtual Chair Yoga

Everyone can access the health benefits of yoga in this Chair Yoga class with Erin Shivone from Lankai Studio. She’ll guide you to synchronize conscious breath and mindful movement. The sequence of poses is designed to energize and strengthen as well as relax and lengthen muscles. Reduce anxiety and stress, improve circulation, protect joints, builds strength and balance and support your overall well-being. Yoga also can help reduce cravings and simply make us feel good.

Classes are free and open to all.

Yoga for All

Join us Wednesdays at 11am, at the CAMP Rehoboth Community Center, for "Yoga for All." 

During this program, learn how to apply the practice and principles of yoga in a space that is inclusive for ALL. Yoga helps deepen an individual’s union with the authentic Self. There are many paths that lead to a state of Yoga, but all are meant to inspire awareness around the understanding that we are already whole. All levels welcome, along with opportunity to modify or advance, based upon personal preferences.

Yoga for Men

Join us for Saturday morning yoga for men at the CAMP Rehoboth Community Center. 

During this program, we will apply the practices of Yoga to create a safe space for positive masculinity, shared experience of common anatomy, and in the formation of union with the authentic Self. There are many paths that lead to the state of Yoga, but all are meant to develop awareness and the understanding that we are already whole. All levels are welcome, and everyone will be given the opportunity to modify or advance their practice, based upon their preferences.

Philadelphia Gay Men's Chorus - BROLO

Join us in the Elkins-Archibald Atrium at CAMP Rehoboth for the Philadelphia Gay Men’s Chorus (PGMC) on May 6 at 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. The select ensemble of the PGMC presents musical selections from classical, Broadway, and contemporary genres, including a preview of their upcoming concert GAY ICON: The Music of Elton John. The show runs 75 minutes with no intermission.
