12SR is open to anyone dealing with addiction, their own or the behaviors of others; all "A's" are welcome. The model addresses addiction as a physical, mental and spiritual dis-ease; "the issues live in our tissues." We'll start with a 12-step based discussion focused on recovery topics, then we'll take it to the mat.
Everyone can access the health benefits of yoga in this Chair Yoga class with Erin Shivone from Lankai Studio. She’ll guide you to synchronize conscious breath and mindful movement. The sequence of poses is designed to energize and strengthen as well as relax and lengthen muscles. Reduce anxiety and stress, improve circulation, protect joints, builds strength and balance and support your overall well-being. Yoga also can help reduce cravings and simply make us feel good.

Craft Time With CAMP – Journal Making On a Budget
Handmade art journals are inspirational. They offer so much creative control and choice. You can determine the shape, size, and density of your art journal, and whether, and how, it is bound. You may use traditional bookbinding methods, or recycle materials such as old books or your own art.
