Join us for an off-CAMPus for a class specifically created for lesbian, bisexual, transgender, straight, cisgender and feminine of center women.

This Barre class is a fitness routine designed to give you a long, lean, dancer body without negatively impacting your joints. It uses isometric movements, combining elements of pilates, yoga and ballet. Not only is this class good for physical health but also great for our personal well-being.

This class is challenging but doable for all fitness levels.

Mondays starting July 19 until August 16 at 8:15 am

Please bring a yoga mat and water. You will receive your own pair of barre socks to keep.

At Sea Barre, our moves are choreographed, and set to one of a kind playlists, giving you a whole body workout in a fun atmosphere. Using light weights and small isometric movements, our signature barre routine will bring you to complete muscle exhaustion. This offers quick results, leading to more defined muscle, and allows for increased balance and flexibility.
