Are you ready to make some health changes, but don’t know where to start?  In this class we’ll discuss the elements to a healthy life, such as diet, sleep, movement, mindset and more.  The concept of bio-individuality will be used as we take a look at our own lives identifying where we could make changes to better support our health needs.  We’ll set individual goals, identify obstacles and create a plan that will stick.
