Local Landscape Architect and Letters contributor, Eric Wahl, will be presenting “Reclaiming Nature with Minimal Effort” at CAMP Rehoboth. The presentation will focus on backyards and buffers, their positive benefits to the environment, and the services they provide. Better design and better choices in planting, with a focus on native species, will ultimately help to reclaim nature by creating backyard habitats, improving green infrastructure, and connecting open spaces within our neighborhoods.

Eric is currently the President of the Delaware Native Plant Society, teaches Landscape Design at Delaware Technical Community College, and works as a Landscape Architect at Element Design Group in Lewes.

The class will be held at the CAMP Rehoboth Community Center, 37 Baltimore Ave. and begins at 6 pm.
