Dr. Jeffrey Hawtof completed his medical school training at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and his residency in family medicine at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine with a Fellowship from the American Academy of Family Physicians. Joining Beebe Healthcare in 1998, Dr. Hawtof practices family medicine on a part time basis. He also serves as the Chief Medical Officer of Beebe Healthcare.

Dr. Rubacky has remained active in both inpatient and outpatient medical care. He practices with his partners at Bayhealth Medical Center—Kent General Hospital in Dover, DE. Dr. Rubacky continues to have a special interest in the treatment of diabetes, both in adult and juvenile, preventative cardiology, smoking cessation, and the treatment of HIV disease. Dr. Nancy Squires obtained her Doctor of Medicine from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine, completing her internship and residency at Wilson Family Medicine Community Hospital Program in Johnson City, New York. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine. Prior to joining Beebe Medical Group in 2016, Dr. Squires practiced at Peninsula Regional Medical Center Family Practice in Dagsboro.

Matthew Tulloch, MD received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Memorial Hospital of Burlington County, in Mount Holly, New Jersey. Board Certified in Family Practice, Dr. Tulloch joined Beebe Medical Group in September of 2014 and practices at the Beebe Family Practice - Beacon office.
