John F. "Jack" Fryer, 64, of Lewes and Washington, D.C., formerly of Harrisburg, PA, died December 14, 1998 at his Lewes home.
He was a former counsel for the House Subcommittee on Surface Transportation, and a graduate of Mount St. Marys College and Georgetown University School of Law. Surviving are his mother, Betty Covello of Lewes, and a sister, Bettyann Power. Memorial Mass was celebrated at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, Penbrook, PA, followed by burial services in Mother of Sorrows Cemetary, Carbondale, PA.
