Rehoboth Guest House Proudly Supports CAMPsafe |
by Stephan Hengst |
If Martha Stewart lived in Rehoboth Beach, she would, no doubt, be envious. All it took was a couple of wicker baskets, a can of spray paint, and a recipe for strawberry rhubarb cobbler. The Rehoboth Guest House, located at 40 Maryland Avenue, has taken the CAMPsafe program to a new level for our guests. In addition to having CAMPsafe condoms available in the lobby of the guest house, we have also brought the condoms and a fun variety of flavored lubricants into our guest rooms. Bill Courville and Bob Jerome, the proprietors of the Rehoboth Guest House, feel that providing condoms in the rooms is a very socially responsible move. They feel that, "putting the CAMPsafe condoms into the guest rooms encourages our guests to play responsibly. Often in the heat of the moment you may not want to run downstairs to grab a condom. Having them in the room, at your bedside, gives you no excuse not to use them." Now where, you may ask, does the recipe for strawberry rhubarb cobbler come into play? The lubricants were provided to us by Trimensa Pharmaceuticals, the producers of ForPlay. A friend of mine works there, and he sent us thousands of free sample-sized packages in exchange for my cobbler recipe. I guess you could say creating our CAMPsafe baskets was a piece of cake, or at least cobbler... Maybe if you are lucky, Ill publish my recipe in an upcoming issue of LETTERS! |
