Coping With The Holidays

For many the holiday season is a time for joy, for those who have recently lost a loved one or are dealing with other types of grief, it can be a difficult season. CAMP Rehoboth has created a group to help incorporate coping mechanisms during this challenging time.

Coping Through the Holidays is a FREE, group that teaches how to better cope with grief and loss during the holidays.

Learn how to honor grief while supporting one’s well-being during the holiday season by participating. The group is facilitated by Harry Hiltner, M.A.M.S. and will be a virtual group.

The Men's Discussion Group is a safe and nurturing space to start conversations important to our community. We celebrate who we are, we promote respect and understanding, and we accept each other's differences with intention to build a more connected community. This discussion group is a safe space for Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Masculine of center men to talk issues, values, and matters that make up our life, free from stigma and judgments.

The group meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 7 pm at Epworth United Methodist Church, 19285 Holland Glade Road.

Classes are free and open to all.
