Sundance 2016 Team Captains Gather to Plan Transformation of Rehoboth Mall
Plans for Sundance 2016—Rainbow XXIX: Sol Groove are well underway. On June 18 the Sundance 2016 Team Captains gathered in the Rehoboth Mall Atrium to work out details for the massive transformation of the space into a spectacular dance club for this year’s Labor Day Weekend event. CAMP Rehoboth Family Pride CAMP
CAMP Rehoboth kicked off its second annual Family Pride CAMP weekend with a Welcome Party at CAMP Rehoboth. DC Pride Volleyball Tournament in RB
On Saturday, June 18, the DC Pride Volleyball League (DCPVL) presented the Rehoboth Beach Open on Poodle Beach. DCPVL is a volleyball organization serving the LGBT community and its straight allies in the Washington, DC metro area. A portion of the proceeds from the tournament benefitted CAMP Rehoboth. The Rehoboth Beach team included Tony Watkins, Brian Sparrow, Tony Scavione, George Leto, and John Bator.
Clear Space Priscilla Queen of Rehoboth
The Clear Space Theatre Summer Repertory season has begun, and on June 23, Priscilla Queen of the Desert opened to a sold out house. The show features the always popular Rehoboth icon Christopher Peterson as Bernadette. Christopher will also be performing his new show The Broads of Broadway, late night on Saturdays and Sundays.
