
Don’t Worry about Driving—Catch a Ride on the Sundance Bus!
Don’t want to face the traffic on Route 1 on the dance night of Sundance? Don’t worry about it! Thanks to Sundance Sponsor Jolly Trolley, CAMP Rehoboth has two free shuttle buses running throughout the duration of the dance (8 p.m.-2 a.m.) between downtown Rehoboth Beach and the Rehoboth Mall. Catch the Sundance bus in front of the new RB City Hall building at 229 Rehoboth Avenue.

The Rehoboth Homeowners Association and CAMP sponsored Candidate Forum brought out a crowd to hear from the candidates: Moderator Steve Elkins, Mayor Sam Cooper, Susan Gay, Commissioners Paul Kuhns and Kathy McGuiness, and Lisa Schlosser.
Christmas In July for CAMP Rehoboth
As a recipient of a $5000 grant award from Festival of Cheer, CAMP Rehoboth celebrated Christmas in July. Festival of Cheer’s Winter Wonderfest, a holiday event that drew over 47,000 visitors last year, supports area nonprofit organizations. Santa presented the award check to CAMP representatives Liz Coit, Grants Committee; Chris Beagle, Board VP; and Leslie Sinclair, Grants Committee Chair at the “Big Reveal” held last month.

Laugh Out Loud with Matteo Lane
Comedy returns to the CAMP Rehoboth Community Center when comic Matteo Lane headlines the Rehoboth Beach Bears 2017 Bear Weekend, September 21-24. Matteo will perform two shows on Saturday, September 23 at CAMP Rehoboth. For now, tickets are only available with a Full Weekend Pass. Individual tickets will be available beginning August 21. Wedding Bells and Travels with Letters
Rehoboth legends and expats Victor Pisapia (Blue Moon Founder) and Jim Bahr (first Letters editor/ED) were married in New Zealand on April 15, 2017. Letters from CAMP Rehoboth continued its world travels this summer, when Tom Conway and Thoth Weeda carried it on an adventure to the top of Mount Etna in Sicily, and Niki Zaldivar, Pat Nichols, Katherine Sams and Linda Kemp sailed with it on Olivia's Iceland Cruise.
